Is it a gimmick of the porn companies to get overnight popularity by targeting bigwigs? Perfect 10, an online adult magazine is now confronting Microsoft after the failed ditch from the previous lawsuits against Google and Amazon.
In a lawsuit, the porn company claimed that the software giant is putting links and images of the company’s content in MSN search results taken from other sites which are unlawfully publishing the material.
In a statement, Perfect 10 president Norm Zada said,
Microsoft is showing tens of thousands of extremely valuable celebrity images, along with Perfect 10 images, without authorization, which it obtains from hundreds if not thousands of pirate websites.
Earlier, Perfect 10 had filed a similar suit against Google, Amazon and A9.com seeking injunctions to these companies. However, the porn company has lost the case.
It seems that Perfect 10 is now making yet another ditch to popularize its site in the online porn market. Microsoft has not commented on the recent lawsuit.
