To be honest, I rarely use other personalized pages except Netvibes for feeds, bookmarks and other online stuffs that interest me. Just today, I have tried the beta version of myAOL.

The new myAOL has three customizable tabs. They are myPage, Mgnet and Favorites. Let’s check out what they offer:

myPage: There is nothing new. It draws some Netvibes features in managing the stuff. You can access content from AOL as well as from other sites. Thus, it is more or less similar to other personalized platforms.

Mgnet: Mgnet (pronounced as Magnet), is something unique that allows users to search for news and information by clicking the images. These images represent people, places, topics and events. You just need to click on any of the image from the image cloud to get variety of news, blogs and videos relating to that image.

Favorites:
Here you can manage your feeds and bookmarks in one place using the updated feed reader.
