
Facebox, the youth social networking site, which operates in the UK, Spain, Portugal, France, Germany, Belgium, Holland, Italy and Romania, has now re-launched with a new name, Netlog. Do check out the new features. Moreover, it has received 5 million euros ($6.8M) in venture capital funding lately from Index Ventures. The unique pan-European site runs in eight languages and has 17 million users across Europe, with most of the users aged between 14 to 24 years. The reason behind funding is very clear, as to make the most of advertising opportunities within country. There are plans to roll out more language editions very soon. No doubt, Social networks are attracting a lot of money.
