Google has added video uploading feature in its web log enabling the bloggers to upload videos without depending upon third party applications such as YouTube, IFILM etc. It means that you can upload a video to Google’s Blogger directly from your computer in a similar fashion you are uploading images.
In the posting section, there is a new option next to image. It is video uploading button. Just click the button and upload videos. It accepts AVI, MPEG, QuickTime, Real, and Windows Media, 100 MB maximum size.
Not surprisingly, the video uploading service has been powered by Google Video; however the video that you upload in the blogger will not appear on Google Video.
With the introduction of video blogging features in the Blogs Spot, Google has prepared its grounds to challenge its rivals such as WordPress and SixApart.
