If you are using Google’s Adsense program, then soon you will find YouTube video as a part of Google’s Adsense program. According to the Associated Press and Variety, Google is integrating selected YouTube videos with Adsense program.
The ADsense ‘Video Units’ will display two kinds of advertising; an ad contextual to the site, while second is ads contextual to the video. 
Adsense users would be able to pick any YouTube Video, but only those video from content providers who have signed an agreement with YouTube. If any revenue is generated from video, then it would be divided into three parts; the site owner, content creator and Google.
Google is already offering video advertising service on Adsense. This is the first time Google has blended ads with YouTube content for display on third party affiliated sites. Without testing the variety of content being offered by Adsense it is difficult to know how the new offering will be received.
