Google is now busy doing experiments with its YouTube player and hopes to make it more functional and visually pleasurable. You can find that the screenshots depict a good looking player that integrates some of the features from the Google’s video players.
The first and the foremost thing with the new YouTube player is that you are able to skip any part of the video even if it’s not fully loaded. While in Blip and Splashcast videos, users decide the related clips, but with the new YouTube player, the related clips are selected by YouTube itself. The video screen will show a list of ten related video at the bottom, which you can maximize by moving the cursor over them. You can even add the running video’s embed code or the URL through the menu button. Why YouTube didn’t have this feature earlier?
We are already at ease with the YouTube videos but these enhanced features will further add to the popularity of YouTube.
