Google’s free online video sharing site, YouTube has reportedly removed the video footages of ongoing Cricket World Cup 2007 from their site following the objection from ICC (International Cricket Council).
YouTube says,
This video is no longer available due to a copyright claim by ICC Development (International) Limited and Global Cricket Corporation (GCC)Pte Limited.
Earlier, both ICC and GCC have ordered YouTube to remove all Video clips from its site claming copyright infringement. The GCC is the commercial rights holder of sponsorship and broadcast for ICC-organized Cricket World Cup 2007.
However, some of the video clips are there on YouTube. When, I searched India vs. Sri Lank match in YouTube, I found this clipping.
